Kinesitherapy
Kinesitherapy is the therapy of movement, through movement, for movement.
Kinesitherapists carefully assesses the client’s condition, observes their posture, conducts mobility tests to identify movement disorders that are potential sources of pain, discomfort or DISABILITY.
This information allows Kinesitherapists to create a hypothesis, establish a treatment plan and perform the necessary treatments. They suggest exercises for strengthening, flexibility and/or mobility so that their client can continue to grow toward normal ranges of motion and regain comfort in their body.
